WELCOME RECEPTION - SUN, APR 27 @ 6 PM

This year’s Welcome Reception will take place at the beautiful Seeley Pavilion—the perfect spot to unwind after a day of travel and soak in the fresh air and stunning mountain views. Join us at 6 PM for a true taste of Asheville.

WHAT TO WEAR & PACK

The dress code for PG meetings is resort casual—we want everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the event. For the Awards Dinner and Member Appreciation Party at Highland Brewing Co., the vibe is festive and fun. While anything goes, many attendees opt for cocktail attire or something a little more dressed up for the evening.

Please note that meeting rooms can be cool, and temperatures tend to dip after sunset. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the day and night.

HOTEL CONFIRMATIONS & TRANSPORTATION

Hotel confirmations were sent on Thursday April 3. Please be sure your arrival and departure dates are correct. Please contact lacey@stagedrightevents.com if you did not receive your confirmation. 

Airport to Resort

Transportation to and from the airport is NOT included in your registration.

The Omni Grove Park Inn is 17 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). Ride shares (Uber /Lyft) seem to be the favored option.

FORECAST

While we cannot control the weather, we plan to accommodate whatever mother nature has in store. We are looking good so far but you can click here check on the forecast as we get closer to the event.

SUPPLIER MEETINGS

Supplier meetings will be held in pipe & drape booths in the Heritage Ballroom. Meetings will be 15 minutes each with a one-minute rotation. These meetings take place on Tuesday and Wed of the event (with supplier set-up Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning). See meeting rotation schedule here.
Printed copies of the schedule will be provided onsite.
