WELCOME RECEPTION - SUN, APR 7 @ 5 PM

Our welcome reception will be the perfect way to take in fresh air and views of the onsite vineyard after a long travel day. Join us at 5 pm for a taste of Napa with "Tom the Som", the resident sommelier. We will have your badges ready along with a printed agenda and some great merch provided by our generous sponsors.

WHAT TO WEAR & PACK

The dress code for PG meetings is resort casual. We want attendees to be comfortable. The awards dinner and member appreciation party is when many members may want to dress up a little. Consider the dress code that evening to be semi formal. Meeting rooms can be chilly and you can see the forecast below that when the sun goes down, the temperature follows, so light outerwear is recommended.

HOTEL CONFIRMATIONS & TRANSPORTATION

Hotel confirmations were sent on Friday March 22. Please be sure your arrival and departure dates are correct. Please contact lacey@stagedrightevents.com if you did not receive your confirmation. 

Airport to Resort

Transportation to and from the airport is NOT included in your regstration.

Meritage Resort is 60 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport, 55 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 47 miles away from the Oakland Airport, 40 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport, and 4 miles away from the Napa County Airport.

If you provided your travel details in the pre-event survey and are looking to share transportation costs from your arrival airport to the resort and vice versa, you will be provided a list of other member arrival times early next week. You can feel free to reach out to other members to coordinate. Ride shares (Uber /Lyft) seem to be the favored option. 

Please note guests can also arrange private transportation through the resort online concierge.

FORECAST

While we cannot control the weather, we plan to accommodate whatever mother nature has in store. We are looking good so far but you can click here check on the forecast as we get closer to the event.
