The 2024 annual meeting will be a productive celebratory event. Set in picturesque Napa Valley members will recharge, reconnect and be reenergized. Our goal is for every member to leave empowered with tools to optimize and grow business.
This year registration is open to distributor leadership teams, top sales performers and supplier members. The agenda has been curated to architect three balanced productive days. Members interested in bringing family or guests are invited to do so.

Registration includes the following for each person:
Cost breakdown can be found below for the event days (3 room nights). One 850 sq ft suite is allocated to each supplier member and this will be where 1 on 1 member presentations are held. Registration costs vary based on the number of people per room and length of stay. Additional rooms for secondary staff available upon resort vacancies (see distributor rates for rate for secondary staff).

Supplier Subsidy
Suppliers are billed a subsidy - split with PG to bring top sales people from member companies to this annual event. This amount will be billed separtely based on the amounts below.
$5M sales in group $3,500
1-5M Sales in group $2,500
$500K- $1M Sales in group $1,500
< $500 K Sales in group $1000
Guests/ Plus one and family may attend with no additional cost to room rate as provided above). If guests would like to join the breakfasts provided, evening events on April 6, 7 & 8 and morning activities a $ 800 registration fee will be added to your registration.

Q: Can I extend my stay?
A: Yes, Attendees are invited to extend their stay 3 days prior or after the event schedule based on resort availability.
Room rate: $319 plus taxes and gratuities (1-2 occupants)
Suite rate: $519 plus taxes and gratuities (1-2 occupants)
