Matt Wagner
Immediate Past Chair and Events Committee

Matt is the vice president of sales at supplier Fields Manufacturing.  With the company for the past 9 years, Matt comes from a background in marketing and brand strategy with a passion for creativity.  Currently in his second term as a Premier Group board member and co-chair of the membership committee, Matt is no stranger to the groups mission.  His leadership experience and creativity helps the group to reach those goals through his commitment to serving as a voice of its members to achieve their collective mutual success.

Bob Titelman, Jr.

Chair and Events Committee

Bob has been a partner with Skylight Creative Ideas, a Maryland-based promotional products company, since 2014. The company, founded by his father in 1977, has been a part of his professional journey. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from East Carolina University. He is a past president of the Chesapeake Promotional Products Association, has served on the Harford Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals committee, was a board member of the Center Club Young, and is an Albert Close Foundation Board Member.

Todd Mawyer

Membership Committee

Since co-founding TK Promotions in 2008, Todd has dedicated his attention not only to servicing his clients, but establishing a company built on trust. Todd has learned to listen and ask important questions to discover the needs of his clients and looks to bring the same attention to his service on the PG Board. After graduating from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Todd has been involved in many ministries with his church and serves on the board for two local non-profit organizations in Richmond. Most importantly, Todd has been joyfully married to his wife, Meredith for 13 years and they have 3 beautiful children together.

Fred Hickman
Events Committee

Fred Hickman is a National Account Manager for SanMar, a leading industry Supplier of Apparel Bags and Caps.  He brings with him 27 years of experience from both the Supplier, as well as the Distributor sides of the Imprinted and Promotional Products Industry. His perspective from both sides of the business and the experience as a Leader in Large Account Management  brings a unique set of skills to Leadership Opportunities like serving on the PG Board.

Fred loves helping Suppliers and Distributors find new ways to utilize their resources and manage their customer relationships to get the most out every opportunity. Creative Thinking, Passionately  Serving Others , Focused on Quality, Doing the Right Thing, Being Nice, Investing in Others and Making a Difference, these principles drive him to make business as personal as possible.

Chris O'Connor
Membership Committee Chair

Chris is the Vice President of US Sales for Chocolate Inn-Lanco.   He has been with CI-Lanco for 5 years and has spent over 20 years in the industry as a supplier.  As a new board member this year, Chris is excited to support and help the Premier Group and its members.  On the Technology committee, Chris strives to provide a voice for those members who want to see how new programs can help their business, but may feel intimidated by learning a new technology.

Savanah Simmers
Technology Committee

Savanah is co-owner and CMO at Probitas Promotions, she was fresh out of college when she was welcomed into the promotional products industry by her 2 business partners, Matt & Gary. Savanah has been with Probitas from their foundation in 2015, collaborating with their team to create a company that puts people first, embraces technology and hustles to make everyday better than the last. New to the PG Board, Savanah is excited to collaborate with members to create a future for the group that is efficient, innovative and dedicated to each other's growth.

Brittany Frase
Marketing Committee

Brittany, MAS is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Hirsch Gift, with over a decade of experience in the promotional products industry. Brittany's favorite part of her job is providing value to her customers by connecting high end promo and incentives effectively to end user vertical markets. As a new board member this year, Brittany is excited to leverage her experience in the industry to help the Premier Group membership. When she's not working, you can find Brittany corralling her two toddlers - and if they have a babysitter, you can catch her at a stand up comedy show. 

Amy Serrano
Marketing Committee Co-Chair

Amy has been working in the promotional products industry for over a decade. She is passionate about this industry, her company and PG! As the Director of Marketing for Barker Specialty, she is responsible for leading the company’s marketing efforts as well as other various aspects of the company’s operations including vendor relations, onboarding programs, and maintaining sales. Outside of work, she is a mom to 1 year old twins. Keeping up with them is a full-time job in itself, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. She is looking forward to serving on this board with her peers and strengthening sales and business.

Paul Smith
Chairman Emeritus

Paul co-founded the Premier Group in 1997 and served as chairman until 2002. He is the president of Calconix Inc., a Philadelphia-based supplier. A true believer in the importance of developing active, collaborative relationships between distributors and suppliers, Paul continues to provide oversight to the group’s leaders and to ensure that the Premier Group delivers on its original promise of providing profitable business opportunities for all members. Paul also served as President of the Philadelphia Area Promotional Products Association (PAPPA) and in leadership roles for the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) as well as Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).

Dana Geiger
Executive Director

Dana is responsible for ensuring every member of the Premier Group has opportunities for profitable business growth. She achieves this by managing programs, events, and offerings and ensuring great member communications. Dana also oversees new member recruitment and continually looks for best-in-class suppliers and distributors to compliment the group’s existing members. She brings 17 years of association management experience to her role including ten years in the industry. Prior to joining Premier Group Network Dana was the Regional Relations Manager for PPAI (2018-2020) and was the executive director for three regional associations from 2010-2018. 

Justine Kay De Leon
Administrative Coordinator

Justine supports the CEO in overseeing administrative responsibilities focused on updating the records of the company's distributors and suppliers. With a background in Business Administration and Marketing Management, Justine brings a meticulous approach and strong organizational skills to the team. She is dedicated to enhancing the organization's success by ensuring accurate records, optimizing processes, providing efficient support, and fostering effective communication.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Justine enjoys organizing events and facilitating team-building activities, showcasing her commitment to ongoing growth and personal development.



The nominating committee meets annually to nominate a slate of candidates to serve on the Board of Directors.  Terms are for two years, beginning immediately following this year’s annual meeting. The board consists of 9 individuals – four elected each year plus the Immediate Past Chair.  The committee nominates individuals for board service, consistent with the PG bylaws, and strives to ensure the board is balanced between distributors and suppliers.

The committee will be meeting  to consider candidates for the upcoming election. To be considered for board service click here to submit a self-nomination form by Friday March 9.
