Q: What does the luxury meal plan include?
A: All PG Event attendees are enrolled in this luxury meal plan during from April 30th to May 4th (Guests staying additional days that requested the meal plan will have those days also included ) Includes Daily: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily per PG registered guest. See detailed plan here including exclusions and overall plan inclusions.
Q: Is gratuity included and where?
A: Gratuities for transportation are included in registration fees. Of course, you are welcome to tip additionally. American dollars and pesos are equally appreciated. Standard gratuities for resort restaurants are automatically included on any Food & Beverage checks. You do not need to feel obligated to tip anything additional. If the service is above and beyond, and you want to thank the server with an additional amount that is up to your discretion.

Q: Are there details to know about transportation to and from the resort?
A: Yes, it is very important to know that your registration includes this and it is provided through the hotel and destination management company for your safety and ease.
From Airport to Resort
Transportation to and from the airport was included in your registration fee. Upon arrival, once you have cleared customs, you will go through a hallway until passing the terminal exit doors. Before exiting the terminal, please reconfirm that you have all your personal effects, carry-on luggage and suitcases. The transportation staff will be wearing khaki pants and white shirts; they will be holding a Premier Group Network sign for easy identification. Please identify yourself with the staff, they will assist with your luggage, guide you to your vehicle and offer cold bottled water. Due to airport regulations, the staff cannot access the arrival terminal. We strongly recommend avoiding anybody approaching you offering any tourist information or freebies inside the terminal, most of these persons are time-share promoters would like to meet with you during your trip.

From Resort to Airport Please meet your driver in the main lobby on your departure date. The Kempinski Hotel Cancun will place a document under your hotel room door the day before departure which will detail your flight information and pickup time. We recommend calling for any luggage assistance 30 minutes prior to your pickup time. If you do not get this document the day before departure, please contact the front desk as soon as possible.

Q: What should I pack to wear?
A: We are headed to beautiful Cancun and we want all attendees to be relaxed and comfortable. We are advising the dress code for PG meetings to be resort casual. The awards dinner is on the beach so attire there is also casual but many members may want to dress up a little so imagine what you may wear to a "beach wedding" It is important to not that the hotel restaurants and bars have dress code guidelines listed as casual and smart casual, you can find these listed here.
Restaurants on Property a Dress code listed as "Casual-Elegant" Gentleman required long pants, close shoes, shirt with sleeves and collar. Ladies: Dress, skirt, casual short, and casual shoes are allowed.
Note: The resort asks that guests not walk through the resort in only swimsuits. Shoes and shirts are required in common areas.

Q: What do I need to know about the tax charged to leave Mexico ?
A: The state of Quintana Roo in southeastern Mexico is made up of several municipalities including Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Isla Mujeres. As of April 1, 2021, tourists visiting the region who are 15 years of age and older are required to pay a new mandatory visitor tax. The tax is $224 Mexican pesos, approximately $10 – $11 USD per person, is collected at the airport before visitors leave Mexico.
It can be paid either at the kiosks installed in the airport or through the official Visitax website. The online payment form is available in both English and Spanish; you can select your language in the top right corner.

1. Visit the website https://www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio/
2. Click on the ¨Make Your Payment¨ button
3. Select your departure date and number of passengers traveling with you, and then click next
4. Fill out the form with details of each passenger in your party, including names and passport numbers
5. Confirm the information you entered is correct
6. Enter your payment details using the secure form and click on the button which shows the amount due You will receive a QR code that must be shown at the airport as proof of payment prior to your departure from Mexico.
Q: Are all members eligible to attend?
A: Distributor principals, owners or designated member of the leadership team are welcome to attend. Supplier national sales reps or designated reps are welcome to attend.
Q: Can I bring my family?
A: Yes, you may bring family, costs provided above. Complete the registration form providing all attendee information.
Q: Can I extend my stay?
A: Yes, you may extend your stay and receive the PG rate on room and luxury meal plan up to 3 days prior to and after the event. See cost section above.
Q: Can attendees opt out of the meal plan?
A: Attendees participating PG events may NOT opt out of the meal plan. Family members or guests that attend may opt out if they do not plan to attend any PG sanctioned events. If you are interested in this option, please email dana@premiergroupnetwork.com
