OVERALL PLAN STRUCTURE

All PG Event attendees are enrolled in this luxury meal plan during from April 30th to May 4th (you may have additional nights with/without meal plan based on pre/post night reservations, see room special notes on your confirmation).

• The package begins with lunch service on April 30 and ends with breakfast service on May 4 (Guest staying additional days that requested the meal plan will have those days also included )
• Includes Daily: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily per PG registered guest
• Included PG planned dining events for all attendees (ie Welcome reception, Casita Oceanfront Dining, Beach Party, May 3 Group Dinner if opted in). Any attendee that chooses to dine outside of the planned events will be charged for their meal as an extra cost.
• Included PG planned meals with the Day 1 and 2 meetings for the PG member. If a PG member dines at outside of the planned events will be charged for their meal as an extra cost. Spouses, guests and non-meeting attendees will dine at available locations for breakfast/lunch and this will be included in their plans.
• Reservations are recommended for lunch and required for dinner at onsite locations for those  dining independently.
• Note: When dining on property, all guests will receive a bill presented for signature. You will not be charged these amounts unless ordering something not included (see list below). PG staff will be helping review final hotel folios to be sure no charges were assessed incorrectly.
•  Standard gratuities for resort restaurants are automatically included on any Food & Beverage. You do not need to feel obligated to tip anything additional. If the service is above and beyond, and you want to thank the server with an additional amount that is up to your discretion.  American dollars and pesos are equally appreciated.
