EVENT - WHAT TO EXPECT

This year we will be focusing on TRENDS. Trends in business, Trends in the world. Trends in the promotional product space. Below you will see a link to a video from our Keynote Speaker Vicki Ostrom from TRENDependent to give you a sneak peek of what to expect and so you can consider these themes as you are choosing case studies or products to share in your supplier trend sessions (your small group supplier presentations).

TREND PAVILION

The Trend Pavilion at PG's Annual Meeting is where members will meet for casual conversation and refreshment between sessions and on breaks. Suppliers can enter up to 3 items to be on display throughout the event in the Trend Pavilion designed to inspire ideas and instigate conversation. To participate please complete this form.

Trend Pavilion Entry -  $100 each  (max 3)            

Each Trend Pavilion entry must include the following with submission:

  • Shipping or delivering the product for display to event space before 7 am May 23
  • A brief description or case studio example to be displayed with the item
  • An item number 


TREND PAVILION

Day 2 and 3 will be when you get time for those ever-important small group meetings with distributor attendees. Each session will be 10 minutes in length. This is where you can share important company information and discuss trends you are seeing amongst yours clients and share case studies with our event attendees. Distributors will paired in small groups allowing time to dig into personal scenarios, discuss upcoming projects and brainstorm about how to partner for success with upcoming problems in mind. 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Packages shipped to the property cannot arrive before May 17. Storage fees will be assessed if packages arrive more than five days prior to arrival.

Handling Fees are listed below:

Inbound Boxes $5.00 per box/envelope under 10 lbs.

Inbound Boxes $1.00 per lb. per box over 10 lbs.

Outbound Boxes $15.00 each

Inbound Cases $5.00 per box/envelope under 10 lbs.

Inbound Cases $1.00 per lb. per box over 10 lbs.

Corrugated Boxes: $6.00 per box + tax


PG LOGO

Some suppliers like to include the PG logo on items they be planning to bring fro attendees. This is entirely optional. If you are looking to incorporate the PG logo in some way, click here to find PG brand guidelines and logo art. 

SPONSORSHIPS

Premier Group will again offer all members the opportunity to sponsor specific events at the 2022 meeting.  Both distributor and supplier members may be sponsors!  Please help us keep event costs as low as possible on event signage. The sponsorships available are:

Diamond         $3,500  (exclusive)  SOLD            

  • Includes sponsorship of the Opening Reception and the PG Awards Dinner, Reception and Entertainment, an exclusive opportunity to welcome the attendees from the podium  and logo on event sponsor signage. Includes 3 item entries in the trend pavilion.  Includes 2 spots in the PG Golf Outing.

Platinum          $2,500   (exclusive)  SOLD         

  • Includes sponsorship of the General Session, the Keynote Presentation  and logo on event sponsor signage.  Includes 3 item entries in the trend pavilion. Includes 2 spots in the PG Golf Outing

Gold                $1,500        (max of 3)   1 LEFT     

  • Includes sponsorship of the closing dinner or Cocktail Reception Night 1 or 2  and logo on event sponsor signage.  Includes 3 item entries in the trend pavilion. Includes 1 spots in the PG Golf Outing

Silver               $1,000  (max of 6) 

  • Includes sponsorship of breakfast or lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday  and logo on event sponsor signage.  Includes 3 item entries in the trend pavilion. 

Bronze            $500       (max of 3)  2 LEFT            

  • Includes sponsorship of one of the refreshment breaks during the annual meeting and logo on event sponsor signage.  Includes 2 item entries in the trend pavilion. 

Patron            $250                 

  • Includes logo on event sponsor signage.  Includes1  item entry in the trend pavilion.

Product Sponsors

  • Logo included on signage and in event emails. Includes 3 trend pavilion entries.

All opportunities allow product placement at corresponding events and event sponsor signage will be onsite throughout the event.
