The DCX Partnership Program exists to make hiring, training, and onboarding experience for talented promo superstars cost effective, and simple for the members of The Premier Group. DCX's goal is to help your organizations be able to scale their business with the help of our amazing global talent and work directly with PG to eliminate any obstacles along the way.

• Discounts: $100 off per month per new role for all reps and the corporate office. Effective 1/1/2025, all future positions will be eligible for the discount.

• No Implementation Fees: Waived for all future roles

• New Hire Program: $100 Credit per new hire for our in-house reward site. (for welcome gifts, bonuses, meals, etc.)

• DCX Sponsorship of PG Events yearly

• Priority Talent Placement: Roles sourced in under 2 weeks

• Access to our Promo Academy training programs, both standard and express for free

• Access to our Talent Improvement Manager at no charge
